Used Self-Adhesive Labelling Machines
Self-adhesive labellers apply pressure-sensitive labels supplied on a backing web. They are used for front, back, wrap-around, neck and multi-panel labels on glass, PET and other containers.
Machine Configurations
Systems may be linear or rotary and can use one or several labelling stations. Servo-driven label heads allow accurate positioning and recipe-based format changes.
What to Check
Confirm container dimensions, label size, number and position of labels, web width and required speed. Inspect label heads, peel plates, web tension, sensors, bottle handling, starwheels and format tooling.
Applications
Pressure-sensitive labelling is common in wine, spirits, food, cosmetics, chemicals and premium beverage packaging.
