Used Bottle Decraters
Bottle decraters remove bottles from plastic or rigid transport crates and feed them onto a conveyor for washing, inspection and refilling. They are commonly used on returnable glass beverage lines.
What to Check
Confirm crate dimensions, bottle count and pattern, bottle format and required speed. Inspect gripping or lifting mechanisms, crate handling, bottle discharge, conveyors, sensors and change parts.
Integration
A decrater is normally followed by a bottle washer and empty-bottle inspection system. Check crate-flow direction and bottle conveyor geometry before installation.
