PVC capsulers apply heat-shrink capsules over bottle necks and closures. They are widely used on wine, spirits, oils and other glass-bottle products where a decorative or tamper-evident neck finish is required.
What to Check
Confirm capsule layflat size, length, bottle neck geometry and required speed. Inspect capsule magazine or feeder, placement heads, centring system and the heating or shrinking section used after application.
Integration
The shrink process must match the capsule material and bottle shape. Verify whether the heating tunnel or shrink unit is included or supplied separately.
