Used Bottle Rinsers for Bottling Lines
Bottle rinsers clean empty containers immediately before filling. They remove dust and loose particles and can use water, sterile liquid, air or other approved rinsing media depending on the process and product.
Rinser Designs
Rotary rinsers are common on medium- and high-speed beverage lines, while linear or compact systems are used at lower speeds or for specialist formats. Some machines invert containers during the rinsing cycle; others use fixed or neck-handling systems.
What to Check Before Buying
Confirm bottle material, neck finish, container dimensions, rinsing medium and required contact time. Check grippers, clamps, nozzles, valves, pumps, filtration components, drainage, guards, starwheels and change parts. For PET neck-handling systems, verify the exact neck finish and transfer geometry.
Applications
Rinsers are used on water, wine, beer, soft drink, juice, spirits and other beverage lines before gravity, vacuum, volumetric or isobaric filling.
Integration
The rinser must match the filler in bottle pitch, transfer height and speed. On rinser-filler-capper monoblocks, these relationships are already integrated; standalone rinsers require careful line engineering.
