Used Pallet Wrapping Machines
Pallet wrappers stabilize finished pallet loads using stretch film before storage or transport. They protect the load from movement, dust and handling damage and are typically installed after palletizing.
Main Technologies
Common designs include turntable wrappers, rotary-arm wrappers and rotary-ring systems. Higher-output lines often use automatic film clamping, cutting and sealing, while lower-output systems may be semi-automatic.
What to Check Before Buying
Confirm pallet dimensions, maximum load height and weight, required throughput and film specification. Inspect film carriage, pre-stretch rollers, ring or arm drives, turntable bearings where present, safety fencing, conveyors, PLC and automatic film handling.
Integration
Automatic pallet wrappers should be checked for pallet conveyor height, centring, transfer sequence and communication with the palletizer. Top-sheet applicators, corner-board systems or label applicators may be separate modules.

They are used across beverage, food and industrial packaging lines for cases, trays, shrink bundles and other palletized products.
