Used Beverage Carbonators and Saturators
Saturators or carbonators dissolve carbon dioxide into beverage before filling. They are used on soft drinks, sparkling water and other carbonated products and may operate together with deaeration, cooling and premixing equipment.
What to Check
Confirm product type, target carbonation range, flow rate, working pressure and temperature requirements. Inspect pressure vessel, pumps, gas-control valves, instrumentation, heat exchanger if fitted and CIP provisions.
Integration
The carbonator must match the isobaric filler in product pressure and temperature and should be evaluated together with upstream water or syrup preparation equipment.
