Used Cluster and Multipack Machines
Cluster machines collate individual bottles, cans or cartons into retail multipacks. Depending on the model, they may apply cardboard carriers, clips, sleeves or other grouping components before secondary packaging.
What to Check
Confirm product dimensions, number of units per pack, carrier or cluster material and required speed. Inspect collation lanes, applicators, magazines, folding or pressing mechanisms, conveyors and controls.
Integration
The machine must receive stable product flow from upstream equipment and deliver correctly spaced packs to shrink wrapping, case packing or palletizing.
