Used Polylaminate Capsuling Machines
Polylaminate capsulers apply decorative multilayer capsules around bottle necks, most commonly on wine and spirits lines. The capsule is positioned and smoothed onto the neck using dedicated heads and bottle-centering components.
What to Check
Confirm capsule diameter, length and material structure together with bottle neck dimensions. Inspect magazine and feeding system, application heads, smoothing or spinning elements, starwheels, bottle plates and change parts.
Integration
These machines are normally installed after corking or capping and before final labelling or case packing. Check bottle pitch, line direction and format tooling.
