Used PET Bottling Lines

Key Selection Criteria
When evaluating a used PET bottling line, confirm preform neck finish, bottle sizes, number of blow-moulding cavities, filler technology, cap format, labelling technology, nominal and practical output, air requirements, compressor specification, electrical standard and the included format parts. High-pressure air consumption is particularly important when a stretch blow moulder is part of the line.
Products and Filling Technologies
Still water commonly uses gravity or electronic filling. Carbonated water and soft drinks generally require counter-pressure filling and upstream product preparation or carbonation. Juice and sensitive beverages may require hot-fill, ultra-clean or aseptic configurations depending on the product process.
