Used Lane Dividers and Flow Dividers
Dividers split a single product flow into multiple lanes or redistribute containers between parallel conveyors. They are used to balance flow before case packers, shrink wrappers, palletizers and other end-of-line equipment.
What to Check
Confirm container dimensions, number of inlet and outlet lanes, required speed and accumulation strategy. Inspect guides, belts, servo or pneumatic actuators, sensors, drives and control logic.
Integration
The divider should be engineered together with upstream accumulation and downstream machine infeed so products remain stable and evenly spaced.
