Compressed air is a core utility on bottling and packaging lines. Different pressure levels may be required for pneumatic controls, PET blow moulding and other process equipment.

Low- and medium-pressure compressors support general plant air and machine pneumatics, while PET stretch blow moulders may require dedicated high-pressure air systems.
What to Check
Confirm pressure, free-air delivery, motor power, cooling method and control system. Inspect compressor stages, service history, oil or oil-free configuration, dryers, filters, receivers and any included ancillary equipment.
Integration
Size the compressor against actual machine air demand and plant redundancy requirements rather than nameplate speed alone.
