Used Hot Glue Labelling Machines
Hot-glue labellers use thermoplastic adhesive to apply wrap-around or cut labels, especially on PET bottles and high-speed beverage lines. Roll-fed systems commonly combine label cutting with hot-melt application.
What to Check
Confirm label material, bottle diameter, label length and required speed. Inspect reel handling, cutting drum where present, glue system, transfer drum, bottle plates, starwheels and controls. Check heating units and adhesive hoses for condition.
Integration
The machine should be matched to bottle pitch, conveyor height and downstream pack handling. For roll-fed applications, reel specification and cutting format are key.
