Used Bag-in-Box Filling Machines
Bag-in-Box fillers dose liquid into flexible bags that are later placed in or supplied with an outer box. The format is used for wine, juice, edible oil, dairy, sauces and other liquid products.
Machine Configurations
Systems may be semi-automatic or automatic and can handle different bag volumes, fitments and product-contact requirements. Some lines also include bag handling, closing and case forming.
What to Check
Confirm bag size, fitment type, product viscosity, required filling method and hygienic standard. Inspect filling head, fitment handling, pumps or meters, product circuit, CIP capability and controls.
Integration
Check whether the machine requires upstream bag supply, downstream boxing or case sealing and which format parts are included.
