Used T-Cap Capping Machines
T-cap cappers apply T-shaped closures, commonly used on spirits, liqueurs, oils and premium beverages. The closure may combine a cork or synthetic shank with a rigid top and requires controlled insertion without damaging the bottle neck.
What to Check
Confirm closure diameter, shank length, bottle neck finish and whether the cap is pressed, inserted or oriented before application. Check cap feeding, insertion heads, bottle centring, starwheels, drives, safety guards and included format parts.
Integration
T-cap machines are normally installed after filling and before labelling or final packaging. Production direction, bottle pitch, conveyor height and cap feeding must match the rest of the line.
