Used Gravity Filling Machines
Gravity fillers are designed for still, free-flowing liquids where product can flow from an elevated tank into the container without counter-pressure. They are common for water, still wine, spirits, juice and other low-viscosity products.
What to Check
Confirm product characteristics, container material, fill level requirement and valve type. Inspect product tank, filling valves, seals, bottle lifts or neck handling, starwheels, CIP provisions and included format parts.
Integration
Gravity fillers may operate as standalone machines or inside filling monoblocks. Match the filler to rinsing, capping and downstream line speed.
