High-vacuum fillers are used for still liquids where a controlled fill level and reduced air in the container are important. They are frequently found in wine, spirits, oil and other glass-bottle applications.
What to Check
Confirm product compatibility, bottle material, vacuum system and required fill level. Inspect filling valves, vacuum channels, seals, tank, bottle lifts, starwheels, pumps and CIP provisions. Check the bottle formats and change parts included.
Integration
The filler should be evaluated together with upstream rinsing and downstream corking or capping equipment to ensure compatible bottle pitch and transfer.
